On one level, it comprises a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV and sofa bed (possibility of accommodating 1 or 2 extra people on request and at extra cost), 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (one with a 140*190 bed and the other with a 160*200 bed), a separate toilet and a shower room with walk-in shower.
Outside, you'll be able to admire the breathtaking view of the reculées de Ladoye through the various outdoor areas laid out by the owner: a main terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a small terrace to get closer to the reculées and a sheltered terrace at the entrance to the gîte.
An unenclosed shed provides parking for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. Air-conditioning in the living room.
Ideally located near France's most beautiful villages, Baume-les-Messieurs and Château-Chalon, and just 20 minutes from Lake Chalain, you can also take advantage of the many Hiking trails starting from the village.
