Just 2 km from the center of Dole, in a quiet, secluded area of the town, come and discover this house which houses several gîtes and the owners' living quarters. The gîte l'étable, on one level, comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area (flat-screen TV, sofa). Two bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed, the other with two 90x190cm beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside, private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Adjoining unfenced plot. Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of less than 3 nights. The gîte is 300m from the Rhine-Rhône canal / veloroute No.6.

    Perfekte Erholung

    Wir habe 2 Wochen in der sehr schönen Unterkunft verbracht.
    Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen.
    Insbesondere muss man die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin hervorheben, die stets bemüht war, den ohnehin perfekten Aufenthalt noch zu verschönern!
    Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig. Trotzdem erreicht man Dole und seine Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Der Standort ist ideal, um die Gegend per Fahrrad zu erkunden.

    Découverte de Dole

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le gîte de l'Etable. Le gîte était parfait, propre, au calme, il ne manquait rien. Nous avons été tres bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui est au petit soin pour ses ôtes. Un Grand merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce gîte. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir pour profiter de la charmante ville de Dole.
