On the borders of the Ain, Jura and Saône et Loire regions, this tastefully renovated single-storey Holiday cottage is sure to please. Adjoining the owners' house, it comprises a living room with sitting area equipped with TV, DVD player, 2 convertible sofas (possibility of adding 1 or 2 extra people on request), wood-burning stove, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds (90*190) and the second with a double bed (160*200), a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine. On the 1st floor, accessible only by an outside staircase: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140*190) and the second with a double bed (160*200), a bathroom with shower and WC.
Beds made on arrival and towels provided.
Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a Piscine shared with the owners and Bed and breakfast guests (size 9 * 4 with bottom from 1.20 to 1.80) and a ping-pong table. Ideally located, close to Saint-Amour town center where you'll find restaurants, shops and Public transport. Close to A39, A40 and A42 freeways. Hiking and mountain biking.
You can visit the wine cellars of Beaufort and Rotalier, as well as Château Chalon, Baume les Messieurs (with its waterfalls, caves and abbey), Château d'Arlay, Lake Vouglans, Arbois and the very picturesque City of Louhans (25 mins), renowned for its gastronomic and architectural heritage. You can stroll through the Market, which takes place every Monday morning. You can also visit the City of Lons le Saunier (20 mns) and bask in its thermal waters. Ideal for meditation, yoga and sophrology workshops.
