Just a stone's throw from the heart of Les Rousses resort and all its amenities, this ground-floor Bungalow is ideal for a comfortable stay in any season. Located on the first floor of the owner's house, it combines practicality and conviviality.
You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, and a cosy living room with a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing. At night, the accommodation comprises two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm), the other with a double bed (160 cm). Please note that it's not possible to install an Umbrella bed in the bedrooms, so we can't accommodate a baby in addition to 2 children.
The accommodation can therefore accommodate a maximum of 4 people, including babies and Kids. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet complete the set. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant courtyard with garden furniture and plancha, as well as an adjoining wooded area, equipped with deckchairs to enjoy the sunny days to the full.
A closed garage is also available during the winter season. Ideally located for outdoor activities: Cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, Hiking and cycling, you can also discover the Fort and the refining cellars, as well as the Commando Game course for the more adventurous.

Excellent accueil, propriétaires adorables.
Le logement est bien agencé, très propre et parfaitement équipé.
La proximité des commerces (grande surface à 300 m) et du centre ville des Rousses (10 min à pied) est un plus appréciable.

et oui malgré le vilain temps nous avons par le confort et le service de Jean Louis et Patricia profité pleinement de notre séjour Merci . Un seul regret le fort des Rousses aucun geste commercial lors de notre venue. affaire à suivre.

Thibaud Gîte confortable et bien situé
Séjour rendu très agréable grâce à ce gîte où nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 3. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires.
Le gîte est bien situé, légèrement en marge du centre des Rousses (et donc au calme) avec un supermarché tout proche mais aussi une belle aire de jeux et des chemins de randonnées qui partent dans la forêt du Risoux.
L'accès aux pistes (les jouvencelles) est à 10min en voiture.
