Les Epicéas

In the heart of the PNR du Haut-Jura, Ferme de Marguerite welcomes you to the lakeside. On the 2nd floor of the house, accessible on the road side through the old peasants' entrance to the farm, it shares its entrance and staircase with the 1st floor gîte "Les Balcons du Lac".
Located in the attic, with a comfortable height of 4.50 m to the ridge, this is a large-volume gîte, where the cocooning/mountain atmosphere compensates for a limited view of the lake (one large velux window in the mountain bedroom and two double velux windows in the living room-kitchen with a view of the sky only). With a 2-person bedroom (180x200 bed), open without partitions to the bathroom, you can enjoy the relaxing pleasures of the water. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a large 195x95 whirlpool bathtub, where 2 people can slide into it face to face.
In the middle of the living room is the Tuyé flue, the large stone fireplace on the ground floor. Both a decorative element and a room divider, it sets the tone for the cosy ambience of the living room (with a double sofa bed for children) and kitchen.
The garden and barbecue are located on the south-western side of the lake, with small stone areas providing privacy on the lake side (2 levels lower than the gîte). These areas are shared by the house's 3 adjoining apartments.
Beds made on arrival, towels provided. You can also take advantage of the hotel's services, just 100m away: heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. A must-see!
