This bright, brand-new 100 m2 gîte, accessible to people with reduced mobility, can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room opening onto terrace and balcony, lounge, shower room with walk-in shower and WC, a 12 m2 bedroom with a 140 cm-wide bed. Upstairs, a 15 m2 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, convertible to 180 cm beds on request (crib available on request), a 10 m2 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate WC.
Local shops include a supermarket, gas station, tobacconist/newsagent, restaurant, bakery, health center, pharmacy, bank, hairdresser and post office. Also close to Lons Le Saunier (12kms), where you'll find a swimming pool, bowling alley, theater, cinema, spa... Rental possible for 2 or 4 people (preferential rates to be arranged with the owner).
