Overlooking the valley at an altitude of 750 m, it is surrounded by greenery on a vast, unenclosed wooded plot, bordered by the river and the Héria waterfalls. -First floor: beautiful entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and numerous board games. Large bathroom with bath, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC. -1st floor: 3 bedrooms, shower room-WC and large mezzanine with table soccer and library - 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, shower room-WC - Attached single-storey garage - Parking space. Outside, garden furniture and barbecue. Several relaxation facilities including a swing, benches, Kids' play area, waterfalls on the Héria river and the Forest. Internet if required: Good Internet coverage for access with your 4G/5G subscriptions. No TV or radio, but the Theater of nature and the flight of birds The house has a clear preference for non-smokers and prefers to be consulted about pets (we have to think about allergy sufferers) BEDS - for 12 people + 1 baby: - 3 double beds: two 140 x 190 beds + one 140 x 200 bed (i.e. 3 rooms with double bed) - 6 single beds 90 x 190 (i.e. 1 room with two single beds, and 1 room with 4 single beds) - 1 baby bed We provide warm comforters, blankets, bolsters, pillows. ACTIVITIES on site: Swings, slide, wooden cabin, swimming in the river and at the foot of the waterfalls. From the house: Forest walks, GR hikes, mountain bike trails. Nearby: Accropont in Villards-d'Héria, Lac d'Antre for fishing and Lac de Vouglans with its turquoise waters, via ferrata, beaches and water sports.
