This apartment on the 1st floor of a house comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with 2 convertible sofas and TV, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140*190), a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. For your comfort, beds are made up on arrival, towels are provided and housekeeping is included.
Outside, you'll enjoy a large balcony with garden furniture and a small garden area (not adjoining) with deckchairs and barbecue.
Ideally located, 600 m from a 1.5-hectare fully shaded communal park with a children's playground, City Park, Pump Track, boules pitch and community café.
The gîte is close to the "voie verte" (greenway), which links up with the Louhans and Lons le Saunier cycle routes. The spa town of Lons le Saunier is 3 km away and can be reached by bike.
On request and at extra cost, meals can be prepared by the owner.
