Situated at the foot of a hill, just a stone's throw from the City, the property has a charming country atmosphere. You'll find gardens, orchard, canal and river.
Completely refurbished in 2024 in a former carpentry workshop built over an old mill, the Holiday cottage welcomes you with a large, bright, open-plan 90 m² living area topped by mezzanines. This space includes living room, dining room and kitchen. It overlooks the mill wheel in the basement. You can set the wheel in motion as you wish.
A second 45 m² living area also features a fully-equipped kitchenette and lounge with sofa bed. This makes it easy for a group (family or friends) to organize themselves into two sub-groups, each able to enjoy their own independent space while sharing convivial moments.
On the first floor of the Holiday cottage, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm), the other with two modular single beds, as well as two shower rooms and two WCs.
Upstairs, four bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people (one 180 cm double bed and eight modular single beds), with three shower rooms and a separate toilet.

Outside, a wooden terrace overlooks the lawn, while another overlooks the orchard, offering panoramic views of the property and landscape. The north gallery, suspended and covered, is ideal in summer for its coolness. It overlooks the river and the relief opposite. You'll have access to the orchard, the paths on the property, a pond, the stream that runs alongside the mill, the banks of a shallow river and the small canal that crosses the property.

This Holiday cottage is located on the road leading to the lakes and ski resorts.

The rental price includes "reasonable" electricity consumption, including heating. The owner reserves the right to ask for a supplement at the end of the stay, based on actual consumption and not exceeding €120.
