Welcome to Maria and Patrick's home: this gîte on the 1st floor of the owners' house comprises a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with pellet stove (provided free of charge) and TV (Netflix available), 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160*200) and the second with 2 single beds (90*200) that can be twinned to form a king-size bed, a shower room with WC and a dressing room. Maria, a passionate decorator, has added her own personal touch to create a very cosy gîte.
Enjoy the garden, complete with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
For your comfort, beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided.
Ideally located just 5 mns from the center of Dole, a city of art and history, you can stroll through the narrow streets to discover its rich heritage, take a stroll along the canal des tanneurs or take an electric boat trip on the Doubs. Cyclists and hikers can take the Eurovélo 6 (linking Nantes to Constanta in Romania) or the voie verte Jules Grévy, which takes you as far as Mont-sous Vaudrey. Gastronomy lovers will not be outdone, as the town boasts numerous restaurants. The freeway, just a few minutes from the gîte, takes you to Dijon in less than 30 minutes and to Besançon in 30 minutes.

JY Een fijne plek
Wij verbleven hier van 17 tot 24 mei en hebben een fantastische week gehad.
Geweldige plek!
Marie en Patrick denken echt aan alles. Koffie, thee, pasta en nog veel meer: alles is aanwezig. Bij aankomst stonden er zelfs melk en een fles water in de koelkast. Een heel attent welkom!
Ze geven goede tips voor uitstapjes en de inrichting van het verblijf is prachtig. Alles is met veel zorg en aandacht gedaan. Ook de tuin is heerlijk om in te ontspannen.
De locatie is ideaal: dicht bij de snelweg en een supermarkt. Als je graag wandelt, ben je binnen ongeveer 40 minuten in Dole via een mooie route langs de rivier. Zo geniet je onderweg al van de prachtige omgeving.
Ik raad deze plek van harte aan. Marie en Patrick, bedankt voor een prachtige week in Dole! We hebben er enorm van genoten en komen graag nog eens terug.

Vendéens Excellent séjour
Gîte très cosy avec des propriétaires à l’écoute et très sympathiques.
Gîte très bien placé, à proximité de Dole et de différents accès routiers.
Une excellente literie et un très grand calme nous permettent de passer de bonnes nuits.
Seul léger regret, nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de plaisir d’utiliser la partie jardin qui nous est réservée (manque de temps).
