Welcome to Maria and Patrick's home: this gîte on the 1st floor of the owners' house comprises a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with pellet stove (provided free of charge) and TV (Netflix available), 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160*200) and the second with 2 single beds (90*200) that can be twinned to form a king-size bed, a shower room with WC and a dressing room. Maria, a passionate decorator, has added her own personal touch to create a very cosy gîte.
Enjoy the garden, complete with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
For your comfort, beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided.
Ideally located just 5 mns from the center of Dole, a city of art and history, you can stroll through the narrow streets to discover its rich heritage, take a stroll along the canal des tanneurs or take an electric boat trip on the Doubs. Cyclists and hikers can take the Eurovélo 6 (linking Nantes to Constanta in Romania) or the voie verte Jules Grévy, which takes you as far as Mont-sous Vaudrey. Gastronomy lovers will not be outdone, as the town boasts numerous restaurants. The freeway, just a few minutes from the gîte, takes you to Dijon in less than 30 minutes and to Besançon in 30 minutes.

Excellent séjour
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est magnifique, la décoration est très soignée et il y a de nombreuses petites attentions pour rendre le séjour confortable et ne manquer de rien. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et soucieux de nous faire plaisir.

5/5Superbe séjour de 7 jours dans ce Havre de paix qu’est le Rêve d’Ylie où rien ne manque... Bravo à Maria et Patrick pour la décoration et les nombreux aménagements extérieurs fort appréciables quand il fait chaud. Tout a été pensé pour le bien-être de leurs hôtes.
Maria et Patrick y ont mis tout leur cœur et n'ont rien oublié.
En outre, ce sont des personnes attachantes par leur simplicité et leur gentillesse.

5/5Het welkom was heel hartelijk. Prachtig ingericht en er is naugezet gelet op het kleinste detail, ook qua kleursamenstenstelling. Patrick en Maria zijn heel erg hartelijke mensen en willen het je vooral naar de zin maken.
Wij hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad.
Wij denken er met veel plezier aan terug.

5/5Petit séjour en famille parfait . Maria et Patrick sont très accueillants et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes . Le gîte est superbe et tout est fonctionnel . Il ne manque rien . Le jardin est un havre de paix ou à la tombée de la nuit il fait bon s’y attarder . Merci
