This spacious, fully-renovated vacation home is the ideal place to get together with family or friends! The ground floor comprises a checkroom, a 60m² living room with TV and large panoramic sofa, a gaming room with over 50 board games, 40 DVD movies, 40 DVD cartoons, various toys and books, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, 1 separate WC and 4 bedrooms:
-1 dormitory with 6 Bunk beds
-1 double bedroom with 1 bed 140*190 and private bathroom (shower)
-2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160*200) and en-suite shower room.
Outside: enclosed grounds with terrace and charcoal barbecue bar, swing, petanque area, garden furniture, outdoor table and chairs.
Private parking for several cars in front of the house.
Free baby equipment on request (2 Umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, changing table, up-and-down bouncer, potty, bath ring, bathtub + bath bouncer, sterilizer, stroller, 1st age toys).
Ideally located, just a 10-minute drive from Clairvaux les lacs, where you'll find all the shops and amenities you need: 3 supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, cheese shops, pharmacy, post office, souvenir stores, restaurants, doctor's surgery...as well as Lake Clairvaux, with its landscaped beach with lifeguard surveillance in summer.

Cross-country skiing: Morbier 20 min and Prenovel 30 min, Alpine skiing: Morbier 20 min (beginners), Bellefontaine 30 min (beginners), Les rousses 50 min (all levels).
