Le refuge des hirondelles

Gîte in a renovated farmhouse, adjoining the owner's apartment, located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Jura.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall with storage space, a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and access to the garden, the living room with two sofas and a TV, a laundry area and separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bookcase and BZ sofa bed (140x190). A bedroom with 1 double bed 160*190 (comforter 240*260), a second bedroom with 1 double bed 140*190 (comforter 200*200) and 2 single beds 90*190 (comforter 140*190). This 2nd bedroom gives access to the sanitary area and has been separated from the corridor by 2 screens and opaque curtains for greater privacy (see photo album).
A sanitary area with 1 separate WC, a shower room with shower and double washbasin.
Outside: adjoining, unfenced grounds, part of which is reserved for you with garden furniture and barbecue. Access to storage area for bikes, baby carriages or other items.
Activities: Snow sports: downhill skiing (Les Rousses) or cross-country skiing (Morbier, Chapelle des Bois), Gentianes family ski resort 10 minutes away, Tuffes ski jump 20 minutes away. In summer, numerous hikes to discover our lakes ( 10 mn from the lakes region ) and waterfalls (Le Hérisson, la Langouette... ).
Note: complete baby equipment: changing unit, potty, bathtub, booster seat, high chair, cot...
