This brand-new Holiday cottage is located in a house with a second rental apartment. On the first floor, it comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge with sofa and TV, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140*190), a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with 3 single beds (90*190). Beds made on arrival.
Outside, you can enjoy the warm weather on the terrace, complete with garden furniture and gas hob.
Ideally located, 5 mns from the Etival lakes (Petit, Grand and Fauge), 15 mns from Lake Clairvaux les Lacs and 30 mns from the Hérisson waterfalls.
Possibility of renting G2670, located in the same house, for an additional 5 people.

    Excellent Séjour

    Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce très beau gite (chalet tout bois), très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et donnent plein de conseils pour les visites. Son emplacement, est peu à l'écart est propice au calme et il y a plein de départs de balades dans le village. On peut également facilement rayonner dans toute la région en voiture et profiter de la nature.

    Parfait

    Endroit très sympathique parfait pour une famille de 5 personnes ( 2 adultes et 3 enfants), on était vraiment au calme et les propriétaires sont super gentils .
    Je vous recommande sans soucis.
