Le Marlaya

Welcome to Le Marlaya, a large-capacity 15-person Group holiday cottages in the heart of the Lake region, accessible to people with reduced mobility that will enchant you!
The Holiday cottage is just a stone's throw from Lake Vouglans.

Access to the Holiday cottage is on one level, opening onto a large open-plan kitchen-living room. On the ground floor is a triple bedroom (sleeps 3) with the possibility of installing healthcare beds, and a bathroom and toilet adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, a large mezzanine provides sleeping for 5, with screens to create two different "sleeping" areas, and serves two double bedrooms with two single beds, 1 triple bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 independent toilets.

Less than a hundred meters from the woods, our Group holiday cottages open onto a small clearing with a large wooden terrace.
In the heart of nature, a hectare of undulating land stretches out at the foot of the Holiday cottage, inviting you to stroll through its sparse Forest and vast meadow stretching to the horizon.
