The ground floor features an entryway, a large living area with a living room and dining room, a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (35 cm high mattress) and one single bed, along with a bathroom and toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs, there is a gaming room with a pool table and foosball table, and 4 bedrooms with 160cm beds (35cm-high mattresses), each with a bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. Pellet heating (additional fee). Covered shelter, pétanque court, terrace, barbecue.
Utilities included: cold water, gas, and electricity. One dog allowed free of charge with a €100 deposit. Cleaning deposit €150.

Gîte très confortable dans un environnement bucolique. Calme mais près de toutes les visites à faire. Très belle région. Confort du gîte exceptionnel. Accueil des propriétaires très sympathique. Rien à redire.allez y en toute confiance

Mn543081 Très beau gîte
Très beau gîte, très spacieux et très bien situé. Malgré la pluie, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Certains ont joué au baby-foot ou au billard. D'autres ont fait des jeux de société ou ont regardé du sport à la télé. Nous étions dix mais vu les différents espaces de vies du gite, l'ambiance est restée zen tout le long du séjour. Quand le temps était plus clément, on a pu jouer à la pétanque sur un terrain aménagé ou faire des randonnées au départ du gîte.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Mcvdb Très bon séjour en famille
Très beau gîte très spacieux. Un grand plus, une salle de bain et toilette dans chaque chambre. Belle salle de jeu.
Un peu plus de vaisselle serait un plus. Il faut absolument faire immédiatement la vaisselle après chaque repas pour en avoir assez pour le repas suivant. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de transats pour se détendre dans le jardin.
C'est un gîte très bien située proche de bcp de balades et d'activités.
La boulangerie et le supermarché de Foncine le Haut sont très pratiques.
Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.- Cleanliness
