Charming single-storey Bungalow, ideally located in a quiet area 10 minutes' walk from the Historical district.cosily decorated, the house comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, pod coffee maker, toaster, raclette and pierrade maker) and sitting area with sofa bed, TV and DVD player, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a shower room, a separate toilet and a storeroom. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Pets allowed under 10 kgs. Garage for bikes and motorcycles available on request from the owners.
Outside, enclosed grounds with wooden terrace featuring garden furniture, deckchairs, lounge area and plancha. From the Holiday cottage, you can set off on foot to discover the City, listed as a city of arts and history. Stroll along the Canal des Tanneurs, discover the City and its surroundings on electric boats or take the Euro véloroute...

Soso Très bon gite.
Super gite très bien localisé et équipé même pour les bébés. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Le petit jardin permet de profiter dehors sous la terrasse couverte ou non. Nous y reviendrons sûrement pour nos prochains passages a dole.

Tartine Tres bien situé mais à remettre à niveau
Gite très bien situé. Agencement des pièces petit jardin et terrasse très agréables. Mais il faudrait rénover le gite :
mettre l'électricité aux normes : les fils et branchements interrogent
à l'extérieur les gouttières fuient
à l'intérieur : l'image de la télé saute
La porte du four ne ferme pas : dépannage réalisé par la mise en place d'un bâton
les couverts sont peu nombreux et hétéroclites
les placards ont été oubliés depuis longtemps dans le ménage. Ils seraient même à rafraîchir.
Je n'ai pas vu de détecteur de fumée.En conclusion dommage car avec une rénovation l'endroit serait totalement plaisant.

Jardin très agréable. Environnement très calme.
Très proche du centre ville pour accès à pieds.

RHarris Lovely gite, perfect location
The gite is tucked away down a one-way road, so very quiet & relaxing. It's very comfortable, clean and has everything you need - a home-from-home! Secure garden for our dog & off-road parking, which is great. Walking distance from the heart of beautiful Dole, just a stroll over the river, with all its restaurants, shops & history, also close to the disused train line, which is lovely for walks, runs or rides. It's also well-placed for visiting the area / region. There's plenty going on! My only criticism would be that the garden could do with a bit of attention, as it looked a little neglected, but otherwise, the gite is perfect - thoroughly recommend! Owners were very welcoming & friendly.
