Welcome to the Chalet du Silence. Nestled in the heart of the Jura countryside, this warm and welcoming chalet offers a peaceful and relaxing setting, with an exceptional view of Lake Vouglans. Surrounded by forests and bathed in calm, it offers the perfect balance of authenticity, comfort and escape. From the moment you enter, you'll be seduced by the warm, authentic atmosphere. On the first floor, the light-filled living room showcases the omnipresent wood, exposed beams and meticulous decor, creating an elegant mountain ambiance. The living room revolves around a fireplace, the heart of the Chalet, ideal for convivial evenings after a day in the great outdoors. The open kitchen, fully equipped and functional, blends perfectly into the living space and invites sharing, whether over a meal with family or friends. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a permanent connection with the surrounding countryside. At night, the Chalet has five comfortable bedrooms, including one on the first floor, perfect for welcoming large families or groups of friends in optimal comfort: - 1 bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (160*200) - 2 bedrooms on the first floor: one with a single bed (90*200) and a double bed (140*190) and the second with a double bed (160*200) - on the first floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160*200) Two bathrooms complete the ensemble, each equipped with an Italian-style shower. 1 separate WC and 1 WC in one of the shower rooms. For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and housekeeping included. Outside, the exceptional natural setting and the immediate proximity of Lake Vouglans make this chalet a true refuge for recharging your batteries, summer and winter alike. Located in the heart of the Jura, in the hamlet of Gringalet in Barésia-sur-l'Ain, the Chalet benefits from an exceptional natural setting, facing Lake Vouglans, one of the most beautiful man-made lakes in France. Just a few minutes away, the lake offers a wide range of activities: Swimming, paddling, kayaking, sailing, fishing or simply relaxing by the water. The scenery, between cliffs, forests and turquoise waters, invites you to relax and escape. Nature lovers will appreciate the many nearby hiking and mountain-biking trails, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Lake and the Jura mountains. In winter, several Haut-Jura ski resorts, including Les Rousses, are just an hour and a half's drive away, ideal for Alpine skiing, Nordic skiing and other winter activities. Typical Jura villages, local cheese dairies, farmers' markets and regional gastronomy (comté, morbier, Jura wines) complete the experience. Just a few kilometers away, you can also discover waterfalls, belvederes and emblematic natural sites.
