A cozy, all-wood apartment on the 2nd floor with a terrace and balcony. An ideal, cozy spot for a short or long stay! The rental does not include bedding—please bring your own duvet cover, fitted sheets, and pillowcases. The duvets are cleaned after each stay by our laundry service. No bathroom linen is provided. Heating and electricity are included in the price. The mandatory cleaning fee is extra.

Furnished terrace (table, umbrella, armchairs, lounge chairs) with a view of the tree-lined garden. 3 bedrooms: 1 with a view of the terrace, featuring a 160x200 bed; 1 with a view of the garden, featuring a 90x200 bed; and 1 windowless bedroom with a single bed (90x200). The kitchen is fully equipped. Flat-screen TV. Baby bathtub. The bathroom features a modern hydro-massage shower and double sink. Separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, laundry supplies, etc. Public parking lot is available right outside the residence or in a parking lot located 50 m away.
