L'Anthracite

On the border between the Jura and Saône et Loire regions, this gîte is located in an old barn dating from 1850. Entirely renovated by the owners to bring you all modern comforts, it comprises 2 double bedrooms (bed 140*200) on the ground floor with connected TV, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room of over 50 m2 with a sitting area furnished with 2 convertible sofas (possibility of accommodating 4 people on request and at extra cost) and connected TV, and a dining area. For moments of relaxation, a table soccer table, a library area, board games and outdoor games are available.
The living room is completely open onto the rear of the building, with direct access to a 45 m2 shaded terrace.
The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140*190) and its own private bathroom, open or semi-open space (1 bath or 1 shower), connected TV.
For your comfort, beds are made up on arrival, towels are provided and cleaning is included.
Private parking is available for long stays. We accept camping cars and have a secure area for bikes and motorcycles.
The gîte is located halfway between Lons le Saunier (Museum, Parc de Loisirs, Espace Thermal, Casino Jeux) and Louhans, which boasts one of the most beautiful markets in France.
We're 5 minutes from exit 8 of the A39 motorway, 1 hour from Beaune, Dijon and Besançon, 1h15 from Lyon and 1h30 from Geneva. The first ski slopes are 45 minutes away, and the lake district 30 minutes.
The gîte is 200 meters from the pedestrian "Voie Bressanne" linking Lons le Saunier to Châlon sur Saône.
