Two adjoining bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 90cm bed and a 140cm bed. Adjoining fully enclosed grounds and terrace equipped with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Electric heating and wood heating. Baby chair and cot available. Bicycles available.
A standard socket for recharging electric vehicles has been installed.
Electric vehicle recharging costs are charged to the tenant in addition to the rental rate (according to Enedis rate on the day of consumption).
Cleaning deposit 150€.
