Warm, wooden apartment on 1st floor with 17 m² terrace (table, deckchairs and barbecue) overlooking the garden and balcony. An ideal, cocooning place for a short or long stay! Located in a stone house in the center of Clairvaux les Lacs, it comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV and ultra-comfortable sofa bed specially chosen for a daily 140 x 190 bed that folds and unfolds by itself in 2 seconds (new Rapido system), requiring no effort at all! A bedroom with a view of nature, comprising 2 single beds 90 x 200 that can also be adapted to sleep a double 180 x 200, with direct access to the terrace.
Rental includes bedding (protectors, fitted sheets, pillowcases, comforter covers). Beds made up on arrival. Heating and electricity are included in the price. Compulsory cleaning fee is extra.
Public parking available at the foot of the residence or in a parking lot 50 m away, shops 50 m away on foot and lake with beach a 4-minute walk away. Lac de Clairvaux, with its landscaped beach and surrounding area, is a wonderful place to recharge your batteries! There are no fewer than 6 restaurants in this tourist town, serving Jura culinary specialties. There are many sites and lakes to visit in and around Clairvaux, including France's only wood village, the Hérisson waterfalls, Baume les Messieurs, Chalain lake, Château Chalon, the caves, the Haut Jura regional park, the Langouette gorges, Vouglans lake...
