Gîte le Côteau des Byards

This fully-renovated house, adjoining the owners', comprises on the first floor a shower room with large shower, a separate toilet, a large living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, offering direct access to the terrace and garden where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the vineyards.
On the 1st floor, living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed, and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 x 80cm beds, which may or may not be joined together to suit your needs. Each room has a flat-screen TV. Separate shower room and WC.
Outside, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, garden with deckchairs and swing for children.
It's the ideal place to get together with family or friends.
From the gîte, you can discover the famous villages of Château-Chalon and Baume les Messieurs, take a relaxing break at the thermal baths in Lons le Saunier or go for a walk in the lake district.
Possibility of accommodating 1 or 2 extra people on request from the owner.
Note: the price of the bed linen rental option includes the rental of sheets and towels.
Compulsory cleaning fee of 160 euros to be paid on site.
