Ideally located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Clairvaux-les-Lacs, just a stone’s throw from the shops and the lake, come discover this modern bungalow designed for 4 people. A spacious, bright 60 m² living area featuring a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove (wood provided free of charge), and a lounge area with a television. This room opens onto a balcony offering a magnificent view of the Lake. This covered area is furnished with a table for enjoyable breakfasts. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90/190) and the other with a double bed (140/190). The bathroom features a large shower stall and a toilet. Each room is equipped with electric shutters, and both bedrooms have mosquito screens. You can also enjoy a terrace at the front of the house, furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue during the warmer months. This is a non-smoking property and is not suitable for groups of young people.
For swimming, Lake Clairvaux—with its developed and supervised Beach—is located 500 meters away and is easily accessible on foot.
