This entirely renovated house combines wood and stone, and comprises on the ground floor a vast living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and relaxation area, a wellness area with spa (with shower and WC), a PMR-accessible master suite with 1 double bed (160*200), a shower room with shower and WC, a studio equipped with a kitchen, 1 bed (160*200), a shower room with shower and WC (ideal for 2 people who wish to have more independence). Upstairs, mezzanine with sitting area/TV, games room with table soccer and darts, 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160*200) and 1 single bed (90*200) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90*200) that can be twinned, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate WCs. For your comfort, beds will be made up on arrival and towels provided.
Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, children's play area and petanque pitch.
Solar panels supply the house with water and heating.
Ideally located, you'll find a cheese shop 200 m away and a restaurant 500 m away. The village center is 2kms away (restaurants, supermarket, cheese shop, tobacconist's...). Mountain-biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails start from the gîte, and a snow line for learning downhill skiing is 2 kms away. The Chaux Neuve polar park and the Saine and Langouette gorges are ten minutes away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Foncine le Haut. Le gîte est très spacieux et dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Les 5 enfants ont apprécié les jeux mis à disposition mais aussi les luges et la balançoire à l'extérieur !

Seb Confort jurassien
Séjour sur un weekend complet a 14 personnes pour fêter un anniversaire en famille. Le gîte est grand, très confortable, les pièces de vie accueillent sans soucis tout le monde et la (les) cuisines sont ultra bien équipés.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce séjour passé avec des amis dans le Gîte du soleil couchant.
La propriétaire est très accueillante et bienveillante. Le gîte est spacieux, remarquablement rénové et très bien équipé.
Le calme règne et le son des cloches des vaches est propice à une évasion totale le temps d'un excellent séjour.

Très beau gite , très bonnes prestations et super accueil familial !
Le gite est , de plus , nouvellement rénové , donc extrêmement confortable , et situé tout près de beaux sentiers de randonnées et promenades vers des sites remarquables ( sources , cascades etc... )- Cleanliness

Jeuss Magnifique
Très bon gîte avec tout le confort et bien équipé avec en plus le passage des vaches matin et soir, moment tres agréable et le soir des magnifiques couchers de soleil. Gîte à conseiller et avec en plus un propriétaire très à l'écoute
