Studio located on the 1st floor of a stone house housing other tourist accommodations in the center of Clairvaux les Lacs. Shops 50 m away on foot and the Lake with its Beach a 4-minute walk away. This cosy, wooden studio with balcony comprises a beautiful living room with fully-equipped kitchen and sitting area with TV and ultra-comfortable sofa bed for daily sleeping (new Rapido system unfolds and folds away in 2 seconds, effortlessly!) and a bathroom with shower and WC. For your greater comfort, bed linen is included. Public parking available at the foot of the residence or in a parking lot 50 m away. Rental includes bedding (protectors, fitted sheets, pillowcases, comforter covers). Heating and electricity are included in the price. The Lake de Clairvaux, with its landscaped beach and surrounding area, is a wonderful place to relax and unwind! There are many sites and lakes to visit in and around Clairvaux, including France's only wood village, the Hérisson waterfalls, Baume les Messieurs, Lake Chalain, Château Chalon, the caves, the Haut Jura regional park, the Langouette gorges, Lake Vouglans...
