Le Four à Pain

In a typical old Jura farmhouse, 1 km from the village of La Pesse (all amenities: tourist office, butcher's, baker's, grocer's, restaurants, etc.).
La Ferme consists of 3 Holiday cottages and the owners' main house on 10,000 m2 of unenclosed land, itself surrounded by meadows where cows graze in summer.
Each Holiday cottage has its own entrance. It comprises a living room on the ground floor with kitchen opening onto a sitting room (the main feature of which is an old bread oven). Upstairs (accessed by a miller's staircase) 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90*190) and the second with 1 double bed (140*190), are linked by a corridor and a shower room with WC.
Outside, you'll enjoy a picnic table, barbecue, two swings and a slide.
Wellbeing treatments: discover harmonizing energy treatments and body relaxation using sound and vibration technologies (tuning forks). Take a detox break at the Sauna 1h00 session: 30€/1 pers - 40€/ 2 pers - 50€/3 pers.
Cross-country skiing (300 km of trails), snowshoeing, Alpine skiing, dog sledding, hiking, mountain biking, horse farms, La Pesse rural museum, cheese-making (Moussières), skills workshop (Ravioles), Pipe and Diamond Museum (St Claude), Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park House (Lajoux).
IMPORTANT: access to the farm is via a gravel path. All vehicles have access outside snowy periods. During snowy periods, vehicles are parked 450 meters from the Holiday cottage in an uncovered parking lot. Guests can reach the Holiday cottage in winter on foot, snowshoes or cross-country skis. Luggage can be transported by snowcat at guests' request (additional transport charge of €20). The groomed multi-activity trail is just 80 m from the Holiday cottage, and can be skated, cross-country skied, snowshoed or walked.
