Just a few minutes from Chalain lake, this detached house comprises a fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a large living room with dining area and lounge with TV and fireplace, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90*190) that can be twinned, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200), a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140*190).
For your comfort, beds will be made up on arrival.
Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs will enable you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
A pétanque court and playground are just next door.
Ideally located for discovering the lakes region: belvedere of the 4 lakes, Hérisson waterfalls, Clairvaux-les-lacs lake, you can also discover Comté cheese-making at the fruitière du temps in Pont-de-Poitte.
Note: The house is accessible by an 8-step staircase.

Très bon séjour.
Maison bien située, spacieuse, très propre et confortable.
Elle possède un grand jardin et une terrasse très agréable.
Hôte accueillant et disponible.Lac de Chalain à 5 min à pieds, cascades du Hérisson à 15 min en voiture, Beaume-les-Messieurs et lac Vouglans à moins de 30 min...
Nous conseillons la pizzeria de Marigny. :)

Seine et Marnet Agréable séjour
Très gentil accueil du propriétaire. Un beau cadeau de bienvenue.
Gîte spacieux et très propre, confortable et fonctionnel. Parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Une aire de jeux à proximité très peu utilisée et pratique si vous avez des enfants.
Très bonne pizzeria à Marigny.
Gîte bien placé pour visiter la région. Proximité du lac de Chalain et des cascades du Hérisson...- Cleanliness
