If you're looking for peace and quiet and nature, this is the gîte for you! A former Haut-Jura farmhouse dating from 1852 and fully renovated by its owner, this detached single-storey house comprises a living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a sitting room with TV and table that can be converted into a billiard table, 2 bedrooms each with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Outside: garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque court and shared swimming pool (open from early May to late October, size 10m-4m, depth 1m40) let you enjoy the peace and quiet.
For your comfort, beds will be made up on arrival.
Ideally located for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter and hiking in summer, you can also take a 30-minute drive to the lake district for a swim at Lac de Chalain, or visit the Hérisson waterfalls.
Little extras: JBL speakers and electric shutters in every room.
Only one pet allowed, which will not be left in the gîte in the absence of its owners.
Shared pétanque court.

Notre séjour d'une semaine, au printemps, c'est très bien passé.
Le gite correspond parfaitement à la description. L'hôte est très accueillant et a bien pris le temps de tous nous expliquer à notre arrivée, et faire le tour du gite avec nous. Tous le confort est à votre disposition et vous aurez largement ce qu'il vous faut pour y passer bien plus d'une semaine. L'endroit est très calme, situé en pleine campagne, non loin de fermes. La ville de Foncine n'est qu'a quelques minutes en voiture et offre des commerces suffisant.
Ayant une voiture électrique, l'hôte à même accepté que je recharge sur place (moyennant paiement de la recharge ce qui est tout à fait normal).Je recommande chaudement ce gite, et n'ai pas de bémol à donner à mon commentaire.

MB logement à recommander
Logement très agréable et très bien aménagé. Tous les équipements sont présents. Les espaces sont spacieux. Accueil est très chaleureux. Le gite est au calme avec une très belle vue. Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour.

Très beau gîte. Si vous chercher le calme c’est parfait vue sur les champs et ciel étoilé sauront vous combler.
Pour les balades il y a de quoi faire et pour les soirées le terrain de pétanque la piscine ou encore le billard sont très agréable…- Cleanliness
