Semi-detached gîte located a few kilometers from the medieval town of Pesmes (Haute Saône), listed as one of France's most beautiful villages. Elevated ground floor: kitchen with dining area, separate living room with TV (equipped with Netflix) and access to garden, shower room (shower + WC). Upstairs: Bedroom1: 1 double bed (160), Bedroom2: 2 single beds + sofa bed, separate WC and washbasin. Adjoining enclosed grounds shared with the owner, garden furniture and barbecue. The gîte is ideally located right next to the L'Ognon river, 2nd category. Bed linen rental and cleaning package compulsory for companies. Private parking on site.

Ein einfaches, aber mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattetes Haus. Sauber, schönes Bad, Küche mit allen, was man benötigt ausgestattet. Exzellentes WIFI, sehr netter Kontakt zur Eigentümerin, wir fanden, es war eine ruhige Lage, liegt gut zwischen Dole und Besancon und würden es immer wieder dort buchen

Bien accueillis par une charmante hôtesse qui nous a fait profiter des fruits et légumes de son jardin. Maison ancienne et bien restaurée et confortable. Tout le nécessaire y est.

Mimi Vacances au calme
Gite très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'ilfaut pour se sentir bien ainsi qu'un grand jardin clos pour nos amis les bêtes,la literie est excellente et le calme de cet endroit est ressourçant. La propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante.
