Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with exposed-glass stove, enclosed veranda with dining area. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 single bed, bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: sitting area, office area, bedroom 3: 2 single beds, optional shower room with €30/week supplement. Wood heating and electric heating (wood package varies from €25 to €45 depending on season). Only one cat 3 or small Pets allowed (no cats) with a deposit.
