This detached house is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the Lake and the center of Clairvaux-les-Lacs. The first floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140*190), a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a shower room with WC.
Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs will let you enjoy the sunny days.
Private parking on site, and parking available 100 m away - shutters in bedrooms.
You can also explore the Lake region, including the Hérisson waterfalls and the Belvédère des Quatre Lacs, not forgetting a detour to one of the many local fruit orchards to discover Comté, Morbier and other local specialities.
