Pleasant renovated gîte in a semi-detached stone house, located on the banks of the Seille and close to Chateau Chalon. First floor: lovely living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area. A wood-burning stove (wood supplied free of charge) is ideal for winter evenings by the fire! Bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs: a 1st bedroom with 3 beds (90x200), 2 of which can be twinned to form a double bed. A 2nd bedroom adjoining the 1st with 1 140x190 bed. There's a small outdoor terrace in front of the gîte, as well as a quiet area on the banks of the Seille with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking in front of the gîte.
