In the heart of the Vineyard, in a village classified as a "cité de caractère", come and stay in this charming, fully-renovated house. Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with sofa and TV, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 double beds (140*190) and the second with 1 double bed (140*190).
Outside, garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs will let you enjoy the sunny days, with the added bonus of a view of Arlay's Renaissance château.
Bikes and motorcycles can be stored in the enclosed barn adjoining the house. This stone house stays cool even in the hottest weather. Ideally situated 10 minutes from the Remarkable sites of Baume-les-Messieurs and Château-Chalon, you'll enjoy stopping off to taste fine Jura wines in the various wine cellars or fruitières viticoles, and of course Comté and other local cheeses in the fruitières à fromage. Fishermen will be delighted, as the river "La Seille" is only 200 m from the house. Road bikers, mountain bikers and hikers can enjoy a multitude of nature trails through bucolic, varied landscapes: the Bresse plain and its ponds, forests, Revermont vineyards, lush green valleys.... You can also admire the Jura's magnificent lakes (Chalain, Vouglans, Clairvaux, Bonlieu, Ilay, Narlay, ....) the waterfalls (including those of the Hérisson...) the pretty cities of Poligny, Arbois, Dole, Salins les Bains and its saltworks etc... and just an hour's drive away, the Haut-Jura will seduce you with its beautiful Forests, its verdant combes, and its summits with a breathtaking view of the Alps and its majestic Mont-Blanc...
