This Holiday cottage in an old farmhouse adjoining the owner's house comprises, on the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with BZ sofa-bed and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine with 2-seater sofa bed, TV + DVD player, reading area, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed + 1 x 90cm bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Outside, you'll enjoy a 15 m² terrace directly accessible from the kitchen, with garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha. A closed storage area is also available for your skis, bikes, etc.
Ideally located 2 km from the village center, where you'll find all the shops you need (restaurant, supermarket, cheese shop, tobacconist's, etc.). Mountain-biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails start from the Holiday cottage, and there's a downhill ski trail 2 kms away. The Chaux Neuve polar park and the Saine and Langouette gorges are ten minutes away. Pet deposit: €300

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à Foncine le haut. Le gîte est parfait et l'accueil est particulièrement sympathique ! Plein de belles balades au départ du gîte ou des environs et un village très agréable... Bref, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Gîte tout confort, spacieux. Literie neuve et confortable. Propriétaires très accueillants. De belles randonnées en forêt tout autour. Du délicieux Comté à savourer. Un accueil le dimanche matin à l'Office de tourisme de Foncine le haut à ne pas manquer ! Séjour de 2 semaines n'est pas de trop pour découvrir cette belle région.
