Situated in the heart of a quiet, green environment, this independent Holiday cottage welcomes you in a house of character combining authenticity and comfort.
On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room with sofa and TV, and a dining area. Natural materials, stone and wood, create a warm and friendly atmosphere. A shower room and separate toilet complete this level.
Upstairs, the Holiday cottage has three bedrooms, providing a comfortable sleeping space for the whole family or a stay with friends: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140*190) and a single bed (90*190), and another with a double bed (160*200), plus a second shower room with WC. Beds made on arrival.
Outside, you'll find an enclosed garden with a terrace featuring garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Garage for motorcycles and bicycles, inner courtyard and porch for cars.
This house is ideal for a relaxing stay in the Countryside, while still being close to nearby tourist attractions: the medieval town of Nozeroy, the Ain waterfalls, the Palladian villa... numerous hiking and cycling trails just a few kilometers from the Holiday cottage.
