Nestled in a little corner of paradise in the town of Dole, less than 2km from the town center, step through the gate and discover this pretty gîte on the banks of the Doubs, designed for 5 people. This detached house comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room and lounge area with flat-screen TV, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a second bedroom with 3 x 90cm beds and a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Enclosed garage. Balcony, terrace and large adjoining plot leading to the banks of the Doubs, where you can observe the biodiversity of the surrounding countryside (not enclosed, children are the responsibility of parents). This large plot is equipped with deckchairs, several sets of garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can make the most of this haven of peace. Cleaning fee of €70 compulsory for companies.

disposer d'une maison comme chez soi mais avec une vue et un accès direct sur la doubs

Veronique Séjour pluvieux mais heureux
Sandrine et son mari sont très accueillants, très gentils, apiculteurs médaillés leurs miels sont excellents...Leur gîte est tout confort,très bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée, très propre tout comme à la maison...je recommande vraiment. Idéalement placé au bord du Doubs Dole est à 10mn à pieds.Grand jardin, calme assuré. Nous reviendrons régulièrement.
