This detached house comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room and lounge area with flat-screen TV, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a second bedroom with 3 x 90cm beds and a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Enclosed garage. Balcony, terrace and large adjoining plot leading to the banks of the Doubs, where you can observe the biodiversity of the surrounding countryside (not enclosed, children are the responsibility of parents). This large plot is equipped with deckchairs, several sets of garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can make the most of this haven of peace. Cleaning fee of €70 compulsory for companies.
