Beautiful detached Bresse-style house, located a few kilometers from Dole, Pasteur country. The Holiday cottage, entirely renovated by François and Martine, features a beautiful living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and kitchen. A 1st bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: a mezzanine area with a sitting area (sofa bed), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 pl, a 2nd bedroom with 1 Boat bed (100x180) and 1 bed 1 pl, bathroom (bubble bath, wc). Semi-enclosed adjoining grounds with large sheltered terrace, bread oven, garden furniture and barbecue. Bikes available: please ask the owners. Dogs are welcome but must not be allowed upstairs or roam the property. Additional persons possible (contact owner). Over 6 people 10€/day/additional person. The owner's agreement is required for stays for professional reasons.
