Fully enclosed and with no neighbors in sight, it features a private terrace with a Spa so you can fully enjoy your stay. Ideal for a couple or up to three people, it serves as a perfect base for exploring the Monts de Gy, the region’s castles (Saint-Loup, Gray, Ray-sur-Saône, Pesmes, Champlitte…), the Saône River and its cruises, as well as the many outdoor activities available nearby: hiking, canoeing and kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, tree-top adventure courses, zip-lining, and go-karting. Local shops are available in the neighboring village, 3 km away.

This standalone Tiny House consists of:

A living area featuring:

- A fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
- A sitting area with a sofa bed (105 x 190 cm) and a smart TV.
- A separate bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and blackout curtains.
- A bathroom with a shower (90 x 75 cm), toilet, and hair dryer.

Outside:

- A private terrace with a private Spa accessible year-round, patio furniture, an outdoor dining area, a fire pit that doubles as a grill, and a property fully enclosed by a wall, with no neighboring buildings in sight.
- Private parking in front of the accommodation.
