The roulotte includes :

- A covered wooden terrace with stairs (4 steps).
- Kitchen area.
- A pull-out sofa bed with two 80 × 190 cm beds.
- An alcove sleeping area with a 140 × 190 cm double bed.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Additional accommodation:

- An atypically-shaped wooden Cabin (unheated) with a 140 × 190 cm double bed is available for guests staying in the roulotte.

Outdoors and leisure activities :

- 4 × 7 m Piscine, heated and secure, open from May 1 to September 30 (weather permitting), to be shared with the owners and tenants of the Holiday cottage on the property.
