Enjoy a stay with family or friends in this fully renovated apartment, set in a large house, ideally located in a peaceful neighborhood just a stone's throw from the historic center of Luxeuil-les-Bains. This charming spa town, rich in heritage and activities, is also the gateway to the magnificent Plateau des Mille Étangs, a veritable paradise for nature lovers and Hiking enthusiasts.

2 double bedrooms on the first floor, each with a 140x190 cm bed.
Bathroom with bathtub. Laundry room with washing machine and drying rack.
On the second floor, the living room, dining room and kitchen, fully equipped for 6 people, dishwasher, baby equipment on request, form a large living space. TV, library and board games, plus a fiber-optic connection to keep you busy in the evenings.
The second floor features a pretty bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), and a small toilet area with washbasin.

Bed linen provided free of charge and beds made on arrival. Gas heating and electricity included.

Optional: Housekeeping package: 50€/stay (check requested on arrival, returned on departure if housework is done).

You can park in front of the Holiday cottage or in the garage, which is about 30 meters from the Holiday cottage and easily accessible from the road leading to the Holiday cottage or from the street.
