With 300 meters of shoreline on the banks of the Saône, Holiday cottage du Fishing is a paradise for nature and fishing lovers. This detached cottage, located 2km from the village, comprises on the first floor: a large living room with dining area, kitchen and storeroom. Wood-burning stove available. Sitting room. Bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm). Shower room and separate WC. Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90), one bedroom with a double bed (160) and one bedroom with a single bed (140). Bathroom with WC. Baby bed and high chair.

Terrace and large unfenced plot of 2000 m² on the banks of the Saône. Swing set. Garage with sink for storing bicycles and Fishing gear.

1 Pets allowed maximum (not in rooms) with a supplement of 5€ / day / pet.

Swimming is forbidden on the site; minors remain under the authority and supervision of parents and guardians.


Charges and extras :
Wood provided. Sheet hire: €10 for a single bed and €18 for a double bed. Bathroom linen: €5 per person. End-of-stay cleaning: €110. Pet supplement: €5 per day per pet.
Electricity: 8KWH / day - overruns will be billed: 0.19€ / Peak hours and 016€ / Off-peak hours after meter reading on arrival and departure.
Non-smoking accommodation.

Heating surcharge to be paid on site, after meter reading (beyond 8kwh/day included) 0.18€/kwh extra. Pet supplement: 20/week/pet + deposit 50/pet. In the vicinity of the watercourse, children and minors remain under the authority and vigilance of their parents or an accompanying adult of legal age. Under no circumstances can the owner be held responsible for any incidents or negligence.
