Family home located in Mantoche, in the heart of a large wooded park on the banks of the Saône river, ideal for a peaceful, relaxing break.

First floor:
- A large corridor leading to a dining room.
- A bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 x 90 cm bed and 1 baby bed.
- A separate, fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace.
- Bathroom with bath and shower.
- Separate WC.
- A sitting area with fireplace, TV and WIFI.

First floor:
- Access via two different staircases (one of which is quite steep).
- Two bedrooms, each with 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 x 90 cm bed.
- One of the bedrooms has a private shower room and WC.

- Terrace overlooking a large enclosed wooded park on the banks of the Saône (Kids are the responsibility of parents).
