Le Gîte de l'Hermitage

In a small, quiet village on the banks of the Saône, right next to the "voie bleue" (from Luxembourg to Lyon) and the banks of the Saône for a relaxing break with opportunities for walking, cycling, fishing, etc. Just a few steps from the Capitainerie, which offers waterbike rentals and traditional restaurants. Gray, 7 km from all shops, doctors, cinema, theater, Baron Martin art museum, Esperanto museum, water sports center, etc. 25 minutes from Champlitte, Châtea-musée arts et traditions populaires, Pesmes, Marnay, Vallée de l'Ognon... 45 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and its Cité de la Gastronomie. 1 hour from Besançon: Musée des Beaux-arts, Citadelle, zoo, museums...

adjoining the owners' house, offers: on the first floor: a large corridor leading to a dining room, a bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 x 90 cm bed and 1 cot, a separate fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet. Sitting area with fireplace, TV and WIFI. Upstairs: access via 2 different staircases (1 of which is quite steep): 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 x 90 cm bed, one with private shower room and WC. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer in an outbuilding on the other side of the courtyard. Terrace overlooking a large enclosed park planted with trees on the banks of the Saône (children are the responsibility of parents). Children's games, pétanque court, badminton net, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Large 11 x 5-meter swimming pool (1 to 2 meters deep), to be shared with the owners (free access from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., children must be accompanied by a responsible adult). Enclosed private parking. Bike room available. Small pets accepted on request.
The owner, a painter, will be delighted to show you around his studio, located opposite the gîte.
