This fully renovated and completely self-contained holiday cottage consists of:

On the ground floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and electric oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, pod coffee machine, raclette machine, etc., and all necessary kitchenware.
- A living room with 2 sofas, a smart TV, an Orange TV decoder, and board games.
- An enclosed, unheated sunroom with a dining area (table and chairs), opening onto the park and garden.

On the lower half-level, accessible via a few steps:
- A charming bedroom with one double bed (140x190 cm), built-in storage, and a private bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet),
- A small office area suitable for Telework, located in the entryway leading to the park.

On the upper half-level:
- A shower room (90x80 cm) with vanity and sink
- A separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and built-in storage.
- A very cozy bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm).

Outdoors:
- 1,800 m² of walled property at the back of the holiday cottage, featuring patio furniture, a parasol, 6 lounge chairs, a barbecue, and outdoor lighting,
- A storage shed large enough to hold bicycles,
- Indoor and outdoor clotheslines.
