Located on the grounds of the Château de Saint-Loup-Nantouard, in the heart of a 60-hectare park, the forest house is a former standalone hunting lodge, surrounded by nature, in a peaceful setting with no neighbors in sight, featuring a private outdoor Piscine and a tennis court. The holiday cottage offers a breathtaking view of the château. The setting is perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities with family or friends. The grounds provide a safe playground for kids. On the ground floor: kitchen/dining area, living room with TV, VCR, and DVD player, a living room with an open fireplace (firewood provided), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm), bathroom, and toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms: 1 attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm) and 1 single bed (90x190 cm), one bedroom with one double bed (160x200 cm) and one bedroom with one double bed (140x90 cm) plus one baby bed, one bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm), accessible through one of the other bedrooms, two shower rooms, and two toilets. Gas heating. Utilities included.
Amenities: kids’ swing, ping-pong table, pétanque balls, tennis court (rackets and balls not provided, except for kids’ rackets), a 10 m x 6 m private indoor pool with a tunnel and secured by an alarm, a covered patio, lounge chairs, and patio furniture.
Parties are not permitted in the holiday cottage. A security deposit of €1,000 must be paid to the owner upon arrival. A maximum of 2 pets allowed.

Housekeeping included in the rate.
Bedding and linens: not currently included; guests are asked to bring their own. Available for rent if needed: Bath linens €10 per person (bookable online).
Sheets (cannot be booked online): €15 per double bed / €12 per single bed + €25 per stay, to be paid directly on site after booking.
During periods of high heat, fans are provided. The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

Baby equipment:2 cots, high chair. Telephone system. Private swimming pool open from May 15 to September 30 (SUBJECT TO THE OWNER'S AGREEMENT): 10X6m and 130 deep, flat bottom.semi-covered with tunnel.
