On the site of the Château de Saint-Loup-Nantouard, in the middle of a 60-hectare park, La Maison Forestière is a detached former hunting lodge, set in a peaceful natural environment, with private outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. The Holiday cottage offers a breathtaking view of the château. The surroundings invite you to relax and enjoy outdoor activities with family and friends. The park provides a safe play area for Kids. First floor: kitchen/dining area, living room with TV, VCR, DVD player, living room with open fireplace (wood supplied), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm), bathroom and WC. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms: 1 attic bedroom with 1 single bed (120x190cm) and 1 baby bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140X90 cm) + 1 single bed (90X190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) accessible via one of the bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs. Gas heating. Utilities included.
Available: Kids' swing, ping-pong table, pétanque balls, tennis court (rackets and balls not supplied, except for Kids' rackets), private swimming pool (10 m x 6 m), covered with tunnel and secured by alarm, covered terrace, deckchairs and garden furniture.
Parties are not allowed in the Holiday cottage. A deposit of €1,000 is payable to the owner on arrival. Maximum 2 pets allowed.

Final cleaning included in the price.
Bed linen and household linen: not included at present, tenants are invited to bring their own. Available for hire if required: Toilet linen 10€ per person (bookable online).
Sheets (not bookable online): Per double bed 15€ / Single bed 12€ + 25€ per stay to be paid directly on site after booking.

Baby equipment:2 cots, high chair. Telephone system. Private swimming pool open from May 15 to September 30 (SUBJECT TO THE OWNER'S AGREEMENT): 10X6m and 130 deep, flat bottom.semi-covered with tunnel.
