To cool off, enjoy the outdoor pool in Port-sur-Saône or the Ludolac Water Park on the shores of Lake Vaivre. Nature lovers can also treat themselves to a horseback ride nearby. A comfortable, self-contained holiday cottage consisting of:

On the ground floor:

- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living area.
- A spacious, bright living room featuring a dining area and a sitting area with a breathtaking view of the Saône River.
- A bathroom with a toilet.

On the first floor:

- A mezzanine with a pull-out bed (two 90x200 cm beds) that can be converted into a 180x200 cm double bed for two people. Access to a balcony overlooking the river.
- A first bedroom with two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined to form a 160x200 cm double bed.
- A bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet.
- A second bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds.
- An adjoining powder room with a toilet.

Outdoors:

- A large, unfenced garden opening onto the natural surroundings and the banks of the Saône River, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
- A furnished patio.
- A balcony with a view of the river.
- Direct access to the banks of the Saône River, where Fishing is available.
