Don't miss: 16th- and 17th-century houses with remarkable porches. Cycling itinerary less than 2 km from the gîte: Boucle du coulis N°7, 23 km. International folklore festival at Port-Sur-Saône. Vesoul is 13 km away by expressway. Port sur Saone has an outdoor swimming pool. Ludolac" water park at Lac de Vaivre, Horse riding nearby. In Vesoul: cinema, bowling, covered market....

Set in a pretty village on the banks of the Saône, 10 minutes from Vesoul, La Maison de Marie offers an ideal vacation setting: a large, unenclosed garden, open to nature and the river. Nature lovers will be lulled by the landscape. The house is spacious, bright and contemporary, just a few meters from the Saône river.

First floor: spacious living room with dining area and sitting area overlooking the river, fitted kitchen, toilet. Second floor: mezzanine with a 90cm trundle bed that can be converted into a 180cm double bed and balcony overlooking the river. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200) which can be converted into a double bed (160x200), bathroom with shower, bath and WC. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), en-suite shower room with WC. Wifi access.

Fishing on site: access to the banks of the Saône. Possibility of connecting the two Holiday cottages for a larger capacity of 10/12 people.

Heating charges billed according to actual fuel meter reading. Heating generally available from October to March (approx. €10 per day). The river is close to the gîte: children must be supervised by an adult.
In winter: The gîte may be open, but only on request by telephone and GDF.
