In a hamlet on the edge of Gy, one of Franche-Comté's Cité de Caractère, between woods and a pond, on an 8-hectare property, you'll be able to move into a recently renovated, 110 m², single-storey, stone Bungalow. This former cheese-maker's workshop and dwelling offers a warm, brocante-style decoration but with today's standards, highlighting my grandmother's former dairy and its industrial past.

It comprises a vast open-plan living room with dining area, lounge and fitted kitchen (55 m2). 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (140cm) and one with 2 twin beds (90cm). Bathroom with XXL shower and separate WC. Wifi, Beds made on arrival. For your comfort, the living room is equipped with a ceiling fan. This former dairy, built on a cellar, also offers two terraces, one on the old quay, sunken in front of the hundred-year-old plane trees, and one with a pergola adjoining the dwelling, facing the rising sun, with a view of the park and pond. Ping-pong, table soccer and swings. A green setting, with farmyard, orchard, vegetable garden, woods... Enjoy this stopover at La Charmotte, a place with a rich heritage, where vacationers, cyclists, pilgrims and workers from all over the world come to stop among the park's flowers and animals, and have done so for over 40 years... for rare moments, rich in genuine encounters...
